EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Can I return my item?

We are happy to provide you online store credit for all full- priced items if you return your garments back to us within 30 days of receipt, any received there after will be denied. FINAL SALE, PERSONALIZED, BODYSUITS and CLEARANCE items are nonreturnable. 

Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only in the form of a e-gift card. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached. Bodysuits, final sale & clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once HERENCIA CLOTHING has received your return package, all returns will be inspected before an online store credit is issued. HERENCIA CLOTHING reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn , damaged, stained (make-up,fake tan, etc) or altered in any way. These garments won't be accepted and they will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for an online credit. Store credit will ONLY be issued for the items purchased and NOT the shipping fees.

What items are not eligible for a return?

Bodysuit, personalized items (last name, initials, or special requests) final sale, or clearance.

Where can I get a return label?

Return labels are only provided on orders over $250. If your order does not qualify for a free return label, a new label will need to be obtained from your local USPS office. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE. 

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your return it will then be processed with 7-14 days. If your return is accepted you will then be issued a store credit code via email. Please be sure to keep your tracking number for your records.

When will my order ship?

All orders may take up to 2 business days to leave our shop. Business days are only Monday - Friday. During new releases and promos shipping times may be longer.

Do you offer faster shipping?

n addition to Standard Shipping (4-10 business days via UPS) we also now offer Expedited (2 business days) & Express (1 business day) Shipping with UPS within the USA ONLY. Orders are packed & shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please kindly note that these time frames are only those for shipping and NOT for processing times, we try to make our best effort to ship expedited and express orders placed by 9am EST on the same business day ;however during new releases, restocks or sales processing delays are possible.

How do I get free shipping?

We have great news for you, all U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping. Return shipping is at the customers expense.

How much do I have to pay if I don’t qualify for free shipping?

For orders under $100, we offer flat rate shipping for only $11

How do I track my package after it has shipped?

We are currently only shipping with UPS . As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

 Yes! Please follow these rules or your package might not make it!

1. Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1.
2. The city field will need to be one of the following abbreviations set forth by the Military:
* APO: Army Post Office
* FPO: Fleet Post Office
* DPO: Diplomatic Post Office
3. The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations:
* AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)
* AP: Armed Forces Pacific
* AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)
4. Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the USA & Canada. When shipping to Canada the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country

ORDERS

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, modifications and cancelation request need to be done within an hour of placing your order.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What now?

If you do not receive an email from Herencia Clothing within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Team via customerservice@herenciaclothing.com

What can I do if I received a defective item?

We are so sorry! Before items are shipped out they are carefully inspected and yours must have slipped by. Please make sure to contact us within 5 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within five days of receiving the item, it will no longer be considered for a replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect and your order number with your email.

Please note that damage caused by improper handling such as forcing an item on will not be replaced as we can easily spot these types of damages. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

OTHER QUESTIONS

My size is out of stock. What can I do?

Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. You can always email us to sign up to be notified if an item is restocked on our website.

What size should I order?

What is a pre-order?

Just as it sounds you are placing a pre-order on an item/s that is not currently in stock & before it restocks. By pre-ordering you are guaranteeing your order and there is no need to rush checking out for fear of your item/s selling out on the next restock.

Can I make changes to my pre-order?

Only within the 1hr of placing the order. Please note that you order is being made specifically, no cancellations, no changes are possible after this.
