Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to provide you an online store credit or an exchange for all full- priced items if you return your garments back to us within 14 days of receipt, any received there after will be denied. FINAL SALE and CLEARANCE items are nonreturnable. 

Return Policy: Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only in the form of a e-gift card. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached. Once HERENCIA CLOTHING has received your return package, all returns will be inspected before an online store credit is issued. HERENCIA CLOTHING reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn , damaged, stained(make-up,fake tan, etc) or altered in any way. These garments won't be accepted and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for an online credit.

Exchanges: Ohh no we are so sorry it was not your correct fit! Contact us at customerservice@herenciaclothing.com before 14 days to initiate your exchange process. Email us your order number and the size which you would like to get, before mailing it back, that way we can set your correct size aside before it sells out. Garments must be in original condition, unworn and with tags to be eligible for an exchange. All exchanges need to be returned to PO BOX 311 Dunn NC 28335. We recommend using traceable services though USPS such a flat-rate shipping. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges

When will my order ship?

Due to  high demand for more color options we have added the “choose your color” to the majority of our items.  However, with this change our shipping times are taking a little longer as they are made to order, we ask that you please allow up to 6 Business Days (which are ONLY Monday-Friday does not include holidays) BEFORE your items  ship out. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. During new releases and promos shipping times may be longer.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we are only shipping within the USA.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

We are currently only shipping with USPS. As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

I'm in love with something that's out of stock in my size! What can I do?

Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. You can always email us to sign up to be notified if an item is restocked on our website.

I placed an order and never received a confirmation email

If you do not receive an email from Herencia Clothing within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Team via customerservice@herenciaclothing.com

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes! Please follow these rules or your package might not make it!

1. Write out the service member’s full name in the name field. Be sure to include their Unit as well on Address Line 1.
2. The city field will need to be one of the following abbreviations set forth by the Military:
* APO: Army Post Office
* FPO: Fleet Post Office
* DPO: Diplomatic Post Office
3. The Region field for your order needs to be assigned a “state code,” which is categorized by the following abbreviations:
* AA: Armed Forces Central and South Americas (Armed Forces Americas)
* AP: Armed Forces Pacific
* AE: Armed Forces Europe (including-Canada, Middle East, and Africa)
4. Set the country as the United States, as these addresses are considered part of the U.S.

Is Herencia Clothing sold anywhere else?

No, Herencia Clothing is sold ONLY on our website www.herenciaclothing.com  Please report any fake vendors to our email customerservice@herenciaclothing.com You may be compensated with free merch for your help 🙂

Please note that ALL orders take 6 Business days to ship out. Business days are ONLY Monday thru Friday and do NOT include Weekends and or Holidays.
